Xia Ding is the Operations Manager of ClimateWorks Foundation’s China Program. She has 14 years of experience working at foreign and domestic NGOs, including the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative and the Earthworm Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Textile Engineering and Business from the Beijing United University, Business College.
