Silvia Rojas of the Costa Rican Association of Electric Mobility (ASOMOVE) works to promote electric mobility in her country and across Latin America to support the transition away from fossil fuels. Together with partners, they seek to open new policy pathways to accelerate e-mobility across fleets like taxis and medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.
