Madeleine Steger (she/her) is the Events and Meetings Manager. In this role, Madeleine manages the logistics and operations for funder collaborative meetings and supports processes, tools and systems that help funders collaborate to drive climate impact.

Prior to ClimateWorks, Madeleine spent seven years as a program manager at Cleantech Group, where she managed the logistics and operations of their international events and programs, helping bring together investors, startups, and other stakeholders to facilitate dealmaking, collaboration, and networking in the cleantech space.

Madeleine has a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in environmental policy from Northwestern University.
