Negar Naraghi is the Senior Director of Human Resources at ClimateWorks Foundation and a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of HR experience. She has been with ClimateWorks since 2015 and oversees ClimateWorks’ overall people strategy.

Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Negar held leadership positions at the Children’s Council of San Francisco and Education Finance Partners, where she was responsible for building the HR function from the ground up. Negar has spearheaded initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, including developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs, policies, and processes that ensure integrity and align with ClimateWorks’ strategic vision.

Negar has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, performance and budget management, compensation administration, and legal compliance. Negar holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington & Jefferson College.
