Sarah Music supports ClimateWorks Foundation as one of their Philanthropic Partnerships Managers. Prior to joining ClimateWorks, she worked as a Foundations and Grants Manager with the Center for Large Landscape Conservation during a period of rapid growth. Drawing on a decade of experience supporting growing, mission driven organizations, Sarah focused on expanding the Center’s portfolio of public and private grants as well as building out the systems and processes to ensure sustainable grants management and enhance operational capacity. Sarah holds a BA in History from the University of Virginia and an MBA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from George Washington University.
