As the Partnership and Development Manager for the China Program at ClimateWorks, Nora manages and facilitates relationships with international partners, donors and grantees, in order to drive forward climate action initiatives in China. This involves both nurturing existing connections, and developing and implementing new partnership initiatives. Nora acts as a bridge and facilitator between the China team and the ClimateWorks headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Nora was a United Nations Energy Specialist at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), where she played a key role in various projects aimed at advancing progress on UN Sustainable Development Goal 7. Nora provided strategic advice to the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General regarding SEforALL’s energy transitions engagement strategy on China.
Nora holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from Pepperdine University and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University with a double major in Business Management and Fine Art. She has also completed the Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certificate program at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.
