Phasing out fossil fuels and scaling renewable energy in China

Yang Fuqiang from the Institute of Energy at Peking University describes the need to increase ambitions for reducing CO2 emissions, scaling renewable energy, and phasing out fossil fuel in China. He believes the country can achieve its dual carbon goals with collective action.
