Allie manages donor activities and fundraising efforts for ClimateWorks Foundation programs and supports the cultivation of new donors. She has over a decade of experience in foundation fundraising across various sectors including women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship, youth development, and conservation. Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Allie was the Director of Foundation Relations at Ducks Unlimited, where she led foundation and corporate fundraising strategies across the 21-state Great Lakes/Atlantic Region.

Allie has a BA in International Relations from Michigan State University, with specializations in International Development and Peace and Justice Studies and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in Management of Human Services.
