Kathy is a Coordinator for Funder Collaborations where she supports processes, tools and systems that help funders collaborate to drive climate impact.

Prior to joining ClimateWorks, Kathy worked in the insurance industry where she specialized in sales and product administration, and helmed various projects including product development, marketing strategies, and print design. She brings over six years of connecting and building interdisciplinary teams across geographies and cultures with a focus on effective communication and supportive relationships.

She holds a M.S. in Information Systems at Santa Clara University and a B.A. in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara.
