As a Senior Communications Associate in Public Affairs, Tara amplifies the message of all teams at ClimateWorks through media engagement, thought leadership, and press support. Tara joins ClimateWorks from a public relations firm, where she led content strategy and digital storytelling for a diverse portfolio of clients. She previously was a freelance science journalist, a technology reporter at the Academic Times, and a press coordinator at the Good Food Institute. Tara holds a B.A. in Communications from the George Washington University and a certificate in Sustainability from the University of Melbourne.
