Theresa is the Associate Director of Human Resources at ClimateWorks Foundation. After working in public schools for 7 years, Theresa made the transition into human resources building an HR department from the ground up in a new educational nonprofit. In leading the HR team a passion for collaboration and supporting employees in the workplace grew and remains to this day. Theresa graduated with a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State.
